COMMISSIONS TERMS OF SERVICE

Failure to abide by the terms outlined may result in the commission being declined, cancelled, or more.

Glossary:
Client = Refers to you, the user who is purchasing the commission.
I/Me/My/Artist = Refers to the user who is fulfilling the commission request, @suyapuya, otherwise known as Suya.///1) GENERAL
1.1 - The client must not present any information that may be malicious towards the artist. All information presented must be truthful, accurate and valid. To prevent the risk of scams, the artist has the right to cancel any active commissions if the presentation of false, malicious information is suspected.1.2 - The client has no right to steal, discredit and/or reproduce any of said artist's works into AI whatsoever. General publication of the commission is acceptable.1.3 - Unless stated otherwise, all commissions are made only for the client's personal use. Fees will apply for any commercial reproduction of the artist's work. Said fees and requests must be discussed with the artist.1.4 - The artist has the right to post clients' commissions on social media as work samples or general artwork presentation. The client must state beforehand to the artist if they do not wish for their commission to be publicized.1.5 - The final product of a commission may or may not uphold the presented quality of work in the artist's samples. I'm human, not an industry machine. I draw for a hobby, and I will make mistakes.///2) CONDUCT
2.1 - All parties are expected to write in a clear, concise and polite manner.2.2 - The client must have all relevant reference materials and commission details prepared prior to any payments and requests are submitted. The client must at least have one picture reference.2.2.i - Under the circumstance that the client can only find AI generated content for references, the artist is willing to use it. However, any AI generated content must be fully disclosed, and are pre-existing/not generated by the client themselves. _{(i.e. Pinterest photo of AI generated clothing design. And no, I won't be too happy having to work with an AI image.)}2.3 - Clear communication is required from the client for accurate interpretation of the commission request. This includes communicating in English only.///3) PAYMENTS & REFUNDS
Unless stated otherwise, all payments will only be accepted in United States Dollars (USD).3.1 - All commissions should be paid upfront.3.2 - Any partial payment plans must be discussed with the artist, and will only be possible for commissions costing over 100$. All down-payments are 50% of discussed price.3.3 - Commissions are only to be requested via listed communication means. Discussions regarding additional pricing details will be communicated through those platforms.3.3.i - The artist may request additional fees before or during the sketching phases of the commission. The fees must be agreed upon and paid by the client as soon as possible, and pricing of said fees can be altered to meet an agreeable amount between both parties.3.3.ii - A client's inability to pay certain fees may lead to the commission being delayed or cancelled. Full or partial refunds may be discussed and issued in said scenario if reasonable.3.4 - Provided services may fluctuate in price range over the course of time to adapt to both demand and artistic skill and labor.3.5 - No special discounts will be offered to individual clients. Any discounts will be briefed in the service's description or by the artist, and set prices apply to all clients.3.6 - Under the circumstances that the client wishes to withdraw their commission requests, a full refund will be issued. Optimally however, prior to any payment submissions, the client must be sure of their commission.3.7 - Refunds will not be issued after the finalization of the commissioned work.///4) PROCESS & REVISIONS
Commissions are estimated to be finalized within 3 days to 2 months from full payment to completion. If there are any circumstances that delay the commission completion, the client will be actively informed.After payment, a watermarked and colored sketch will be sent within an estimated 1-3 days. The artist may only continue the commission once the client has approved no further changes are required to the artwork. Until then, the client is free to request major edits to the work.Whenever requested, the artist will provide the client updates within 24 hours regarding the commission's progress. Please limit update requests to once every 3 days since the last communication with the artist.The final commission will include 2 watermarked versions, both PNG file format:
>> Subject with background _{(unless there are background specifications, by default the background will be a flat white color)}
>> & Subject only _{(Transparent background)}4.1 - Any request for alterations to the artwork after finalization will be rejected.4.2. - Only under specific circumstances where moderate alteration requests are presented with a reasonable explanation, may they be accepted. If so, the artist will charge the client a sum relative to the price of the provided service and the artist's labor.4.3 - If the request was for a minor artistic error i.e. stray line, stray pixel, the alterations will be made free of charge.///5) CANCELLATIONS
Both the client and artist have the right to cancel the commission at any time with any given reason. However, Any communication regarding cancellations must be discussed with the other party regardless of which party is making the cancellation request.

- Minimal Suggestive elements
- Ship Art _{(please ask if I am comfortable with your request if you are commissioning me for ship art. No problematic ships of any kind.)}May be able to draw:

- Multiple persons _{(Additional fees will apply)}
- Game/Show specific artstyles _{(Please ask me if it is within my artistic capabilities.)}
- Unique body types _{(Please ask me if it is within my artistic capabilities.)}
- Complex designs _{(Please ask me if it is within my artistic capabilities. Additional fees will apply.)}Will not draw:
- Mechs/Machinery
- Complicated/busy backgrounds
- Explicit/NSFW/18+ content _{(e.g. heavy gore, violence, sensitive and fetish materials.)}
- Controversial, political, problematic topics or hateful content towards any groups of individuals.If you wish to commission me for something that is not listed above, please ask me personally before making the initial commission request.
